Zucchini Puree
Equipment
- peeler
- knife
- cutting board
- large pot
- food processor
- ice cube trays
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis
Instructions
- Wash and peel zucchinis
- Fill large pot about half way with water and bring to a boil
- Coin zucchini
- Boil zucchini for 5-10 minutes or until tender
- Remove zuchinni and allow to cool
- Process zucchini until desired consistency*
- Transfer to trays
Notes
*You can add water as needed when processing, but keep in mind that the puree can be very watery when heated up
