Zucchini Puree

Equipment

  • peeler
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • large pot
  • food processor
  • ice cube trays

Ingredients
  

  • 2 zucchinis

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel zucchinis
  • Fill large pot about half way with water and bring to a boil
  • Coin zucchini
  • Boil zucchini for 5-10 minutes or until tender
  • Remove zuchinni and allow to cool
  • Process zucchini until desired consistency*
  • Transfer to trays

Notes

*You can add water as needed when processing, but keep in mind that the puree can be very watery when heated up
