Bison Baby Nursery

What did the buffalo say to his son as he left for school?
Bye son!
(Unknown, but most likely a dad)
So here is a story all about how…we ended up with a bison-themed nursery.
When I was about three months pregnant, my husband said, “Nik, if we have a boy, we should have a bison nursery.”
My response-“Okay, sure! I’m not too sure we will find bison decor for a baby, but if we do-sure!”
In my head I was giggling, but I didn’t want to put down his idea. No way is this going to happen, I thought.
…
At 20 weeks we found out we were having a boy and that same day went to start our registry. We found ZERO bison decor, and I wasn’t surprised. We found a neutral colored safari theme that we both liked, and this became the basis of our entire registry (yes, we are those people).
About a month later I’m heading to Hobby Lobby and my husband offers to come-this is a rarity. No sooner did we get there and round the corner to the baby section, there was an entire aisle of baby bison décor. I may or may not have fainted. We both instantly loved it-all of it! We had to re-do 95% of our registry, but it was so worth it!
SO THANKS HOBBY LOBBY, FOR MAKING MY HUSBAND’S DREAM COME TRUE & GIVING BABY H A PRETTY COOL NURSERY!
